The Federal Emergency Management Agency is sending mobile homes to southern California tribes who were hit by wildfires. The Bureau of Indian Affairs says 800 populate from 11 tribes have sought assistance. The La Jolla Reservation and the Rincon Reservation were the hardest hit. La Jolla lost 90 percent of its reservation and 59 structures. Rincon lost 3,600 acres and more than 65 structures. About 13 families on both reservations have requested homes.
